“ We came here for a Birthday, everything was fabulous, the staff were great and the food was excellent. The decor inside outside was lovely clean, and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend ”
“ Let me start my saying that i don’t even love sushi and YET i had an absolute blast. Delicious food, quick service, and a cozy ambiance. Prawn tacos were perfectly spiced and crunchy, volcano roll has a crispy tempura coating and had a delicate flavour, & veggie sushi was surprisingly flavourful. Takoyaki was not too flattering, but thats because i’ve been to japan and was subconsciously comparing the two. It was my first time trying grilled eel and i liked the saltiness of it. Crab bao had a nice crunchy filling but overall nothing exciting, especially because i found it slightly on the dense side. We also ordered a drink and a dessert each. Iced tea was good, but didn’t have enough peach flavour. Tiramisu and creme brulee were very ‘japanese’, in that they weren’t overly sweet and had an earthy after-note. We paid 49 each. I would recommend for a special event. Definitely worth it with multiple interesting food options. ”

“ We had a great evening in Kibou celebrating my son’s birthday. It’s unusual to find a restaurant that all 5 of us enjoy and that was certainly the case here. We had a range of sushi, sashimi and plates of food. Everything was good. The ‘chef selection’ options were particularly good even if a bit more expensive as the quality of the presentation and the variety of the fish and roe was increased. The non alcoholic drink options were good which I really appreciated as I was driving! ”
